Carwala is a modern booking and lead generation platform built for a professional car wash and detailing service. We designed a fast, mobile first experience that presents service packages clearly and converts visitors into scheduled appointments, combining a clean customer facing interface with operational tooling for day to day business use.
The system includes structured service tiers such as Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Deep Detailing, with Cal.com powered real time booking for appointment scheduling. It also integrates a custom calendar workflow for internal management and Google Sheets based lead capture for structured inquiry tracking. Built with Next.js, TypeScript, and tRPC, the platform uses a type safe architecture with shadcn and Radix UI, deployed on Vercel for performance and scalability.
